Help wanted in editing story

The editing would include careful reading, correcting diction, offering stylistic improvements and use of more appropriate idiomatic phrases

I am looking for an editor for a memoir I have written in English. It’s about the story of a peasant family from a village of the area of Sparta who immigrates to Chicago in 1969 and after a ten year stay returns back home.

The ideal candidate would be a Greek – American/Canadian/Australian, who is a native speaker of English but also has a basic understanding of the culture of rural southern Greece.

The editing would include careful reading, correcting diction, offering stylistic improvements and use of more appropriate idiomatic phrases. Also, the editor would offer suggestions of arranging the material of the story in a way that would benefit its appreciation by the reader.

The narrative is about 300 pages. There is no deadline. The work will of course be recompensed.
